Jewellery Care

Avoid wearing your jewellery in a situations where it may be damaged easily, e.g when doing manual jobs, or sport. Remove items before sleeping and washing. Avoid contact with household chemicals perfumes and hairsprays. When not wearing your jewellery, keep it in a safe place. Replace in Sian Bostwick Jewellery box or pouch, and separate from other items which may knock or scratch it.

You can clean your jewellery at home with a very soft toothbrush and warm soapy water. Dry with a soft cloth after wards. Regularly clean your fine jewellery with a jewellery cloth.

Roduim plating/Gold vermeil

Remove items before sleeping, washing, doing sport or manual labour. Avoid contact with household chemicals perfumes and hairsprays. When not wearing your jewellery, keep it in a safe place. Replace in box or pouch, and separate from other items which may knock or scratch it.

Titanium

each piece is anodised individually and no 2 are exactly the same, Slight colour variation occur piece to piece and from photographs. ranging from bright and vibrant light blue, golden highlights, dark blue and rich purple tones. Colour may dull slight over time, to help prevent this ensure any creams, perfums or spays are applied before wearing your jewellery.

Titanium is incredibly strong and lightweight material which s completely hypo-allergenic so there will not be any reaction with your skin.

Oxidised or blackened silver

Oxidising is a coating that wears off through time. To preserve the original appearance, follow the same care as above Jewellery Care section. Some fading is normal though darkened areas should remain in crevices embracing the original antiqued appearance.

Repair

Repair service (including replating of gold plating and blackened silver) is available to all our jewellery, but there will be a charge for the service. In the case of repair, we ask you to send the pieces to us via Recorded Delivery on your charge.

Earrings

all earrings pictured worn are a sample pair worn to demonstrate scale. you will receive a new unworn pair of earrings.

Titanium earrings parts are completely hypo-allergenic so there will not be any reaction with your skin.

Earrings are non refundable due to hygiene issues.

Titanium butterfly & forget-me-not rings

please note that the butterflies and flowers are secured with a single silver rivit but the nature of the shape means that they may catch on clothing so please be aware of this. The butterfly and flower rings are not intended for everyday wear.
