Earrings

all earrings pictured worn are a sample pair worn to demonstrate scale. you will receive a new unworn pair of earrings.

Titanium earrings parts are completely hypo-allergenic so there will not be any reaction with your skin.

Earrings are non refundable due to hygiene issues.

Titanium

each piece is anodised individually and no 2 are exactly the same, Slight colour variation occur piece to piece and from photographs. ranging from bright and vibrant light blue, golden highlights, dark blue and rich purple tones.

Titanium is incredibly strong and lightweight material which s completely hypo-allergenic so there will not be any reaction with your skin.

Hallmarking

All precious metal silver, gold and platinum items and parts are hallmarked with the exception of those items under 7.78 grams.

Plated items are hallmarked to the underlying metal.

These items are hallmarked at the London assay office, goldsmith’s hall and bear the traditional finesse marks and material mark, my makers mark, assay office mark and date stamp as a grantee of quality and materials used.

Titanium dose not need hallmarking.

Hallmarking can also be provided on bespoke pieces in silver, gold and platinum but please bear in mind the delay this will add to delivery time.

Prices and Sizes

All prices on the website are open to change. Due to the fluctuating price of metal and stones we reserve the right to change the prices with no notice period given.

All sizes are approximate. Measurements are as accurate as possible, but due to the hand made nature of the pieces, and the nature of some of the materials involved, small variations in size may appear.

Refunds & Returns

Sian Bostwick Jewellery takes great pride in the customer service it provides. We want you to be happy with the quality and delivery of each product that you receive. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately. Notification must be made to [email protected] within 5 days of receipt. do not send anything back without contacting Sian Bostwick Jewellery first. we would rather resolve any issues without having to get to the exchange or refund and return stage.

We can offer a refund minus shipping when items have been returned within 7 days of their receipt with the exception of international orders. This does not apply to custom made items. Items must be in their original unworn condition, and returned in the original packaging. After this period, we can offer an exchange or credit note, valid for a period of 90 days. Credit notes can only be used online at www.sianbostwick.co.uk

Items will not be refunded until the returned package has been received. We recommend you use a tracking service or insure valuable items if returning. We do not accept responsibility for shipping fees, sales taxes or import duties. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. We are not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear or abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Bespoke & made to order

Bespoke jewellery, made to order pieces i.e rings made to size or jewellery products personalised in any way are non-refundable.
